Returns & Exchanges

Online Ordering

We are happy to sell you shoes, gifts and accessories and ship them to you. We work with Shopify for swift and secure payment. After you have made your order and the payment is confirmed we will ship (usually by Canada Post). 

With the shoes we will contact you if I have noticed any irregularities. Shoe fitting can be a tricky business and with a little bit of information we can do a much better job of ensuring the shoes you want fit you properly. 

Online Return Policy

We love everything we carry and we want you to love the items you give and receive too! Your satisfaction is our top priority, please contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues with your order. Email us or call us 416 893 0173 if something has arrived damaged or not as expected and we will do our best to resolve the issue immediately. Items that are damaged in transit are not our responsibility but we can assist in a claim through Canada Post. 

If you are looking to exchange an item we only cover shipping costs if there was a mistake on our end, otherwise all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase is required for any returns or exchanges. Sale items are a final sale. 

 

For items you purchased

We will issue a full refund to the credit card used at purchase. 

For items you receive as a gift

We will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card.

For items that are defective or damaged

Please contact us at jeff@brodawkaandfriends.com or call 416-893-0173 everyday from 11am-7pm EST so we can figure out what went wrong and solve the problem!

How Do I Return Product?

Please contact us prior to making a return, so we know to expect it, and please provide us with the tracking number if it's a trackable item.

How Will My Refund Be Calculated?

Your refund wil be calculated based on the price paid minus any shipping charges. If the returned item(s) causes the original order subtotal to fall below the free shipping threshold, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. 

When will I receive my Refund or Store Credit?

You will receive your refund or store credit within 5 days of us receiving your returned merchandise.

 

In Store Return Policy

We offer 14 days for exchanges or refunds. The product needs to be in the same condition as you received it and in the original undamaged box if it came in one. We will issue a full refund to the credit card used at purchase. We require a receipt for any returns or exchanges. Sale items are a final sale.
