Canada Post is not guaranteeing arrival dates during the pandemic. The expected arrival date you see when you track your package may not be accurate. As of mid April, we are seeing close to normal delivery times on tracked packages – a couple of days within Toronto, for example – but there are random exceptions. 

We are working hard to process orders within one to two business day of receiving them, so delays you may experience are caused by Canada Post or USPS. 

Shipping within Canada

We offer free shipping to addresses within Ontario of any order over $100! For orders of any amount under $100 we charge a flat rate of $10.

Quebec, Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, PEI, New Brunswick $20.

Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon + Newfoundland $25.

We make every effort to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Even during this busy time, we are processing and shipping nearly all orders within 48 hours. All Canadian shipments are sent by Canada Post using expedited parcel service. All packages are insured up to $100 and can be tracked online. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information which you can monitor here on canadapost.ca.

Curbside Pickup

You'll see the option to select 'pickup' instead of 'ship' as the first step when checking out.* It's nice and simple!

Curbside pickup orders are filled the same day, normally within a couple of hours. Orders that come in overnight or in the early morning will be filled by early afternoon – our current pickup hours are 12–5pm. We'll send you an email when your order is ready to collect. Please make sure to bring your order number with you as this is what we use to locate your goods.

Please note:

If you do not receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam folder. Ditto if you do not receive a shipping confirmation email in a timely fashion. A surprising number of those emails go to spam. Also, you'd be surprised how many people make typos when entering their email address.

 

All items ship from both of our locations in Toronto using Canada Post or a Local Courier. We are working on getting your shipments out within 3 business days of us receiving your order. Keep in mind Canada Post is experiencing delays and we may need up to 5 days as we get busier for the holidays. We recommend ordering in advance anything time sensitive as we cannot guarantee delivery times from Canada Post. We appreciate your patience.
